Hello there, I’m Dr. Kay, a holistic health consultant.
As a staunch advocate of Functional Wellness and Integrative Medicine, I have tirelessly worked in the field of Naturopathic Medicine and Humanistic Psychology in private-owned practice for over 38 years. During this period which spanned almost 4 decades, I have helped numerous individuals from all walks of life. Not only did they rediscover natural ways of regaining balanced health, but they also learnt to understand and integrate the basics of wholesome wellness into their life.
My aspiration hinges on helping people find the right approach to remain truly healthy. I believe that everyone can learn to listen to and heed the essential needs of their physical body and attain the emotional balance required today. Sadly, most people have bought into the false notion that medicating is the only viable solution to sustain health. This idea is far from the truth.
Health is precious. I would love to help you find another way to regain or maintain yours.

When your heart, veins, arteries, and other vessels are healthy, all your body cells get supplied with adequate oxygen and other necessities. Deposited waste products can also get removed from the body effectively.
However, poor blood circulation can occur as you get older. Issues that can cause poor circulation are overweight, having diabetes, having high blood pressure, and leading unhealthy lifestyle habits such as smoking.
